Del-Rancho Restaurant

I come here all the time. So i came in tonight and ordered. I tried getting the runners attention a few times as they were hanging outside with their friends. Well 2 employees came inside from smoking and DIDNT WASH THEIR HANDS. When i Called in and told them to wash their hands they were MAD and said they have hand sanitizer. NASTY! I Drove Off. The order taker even took a drink of her drink as she was bagging food! Never again.

Waited 30 min, for the most part of that wait was to get my 2 drinks and 1 order of fries. Other people were calling in after we asked about our drinks and fries that they were missing food as well and were delivered their stuff while I was still waiting so by the time that was all over I got to go home and eat my cold meal.

Only go here if you want the best steak sandwich you've ever had.

It is a wait but worth it like they say the food doesn't wait on you ,you wait on fresh foods

I got my food made it all the way home and it was all burned.almost black chicken.i could have used it as a coaster the chicken was hard as a rock..they are rude when they speak to you to you.

I used to love Del Rancho but here lately they've really gone downhill I went there today picked up a steak super supreme and the steak was the size of a hamburger patties the rest of it was burnt breading needless to say I will not be going there ever again I paid $8.40 for nothing

They have been at this for as long as I can remember. The Steak Sandwich Supreme is the benchmark for chicken fried steak in Oklahoma!

We are about to stop wasting our gas and money. We don't have a Del Rancho near us and the ones in MWC serve crinkle cut fries, so we drive 40 miles to this one. Last time they screwed up my simple chicken sandwich supreme. This time I wanted a dinner for a change with mashed potatoes & gravy and fried green beans. They're out of green beans! I don't eat onion rings or okra and didn't want more potatoes so back to sandwich and fries. Plus the new girl forgot the total and had to go back inside to see.

Oh my, the best chicken fried steak and they have a smaller portion which is great for me. The potatoes and gravy are so great and the toast is good also. My grandson brought me lunch from there yesterday. The chicken fry is so tender, you can cut it with a fork!! I had enough for supper last night. I reheated it in my toaster oven, it was still delicious, I did make fresh toast

You can get the best steak sandwich here it’s a wonderful old school restaurant that takes you back the diner inside is quite quaint and makes you feel at home

Well I've lived in Oklahoma for about two years now and today way my inaugural trip to Del Rancho. I've always been intrigued by the retro style the restaurants always have and I finally decided to pull in and dine. I had the Chicken steak dinner with fries, okra, toast, and dinner salad. The chicken was absolutely delicious, and a generous portion. The okra was very good too, probably the best okra I've ever had (note:I'm from California, prior to moving here years ago I'd never heard of okra!) Overall I was filled up right and satisfied with the meal indeed. I'm glad I live less than three blocks away.

Can't go there in the evenings. German restaurant that plays hip hop and shooting all around. No thanks

I paid $10 for a small salad that was supposed to be large and they forgot my ranch dressing and got charged for it

The saviché was good but the price is s little more than im comfortable spending on a bi weekly basis the portions however make up Abit for the price

My kids each ordered chili cheese fries and one also ordered the chili cheese burger. The chili was black ND looked like hot mud and kids would not eat it! I called and spoke to Amber who really was not at all helpful. Never coming here again, if my husband wants the chicken fried steak sandwich he can go there alone.

My fiancée who used to live in OKC has raved about this places fried steak sandwiches. So while in town for a visit we came by....SO DISAPPOINTED!!! The service is HORRIFIC! Employees EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNCARING....it takes an act of God to get a condiment....server acts as if she's in physical pain to bring you your order....I'LL NEVER GO BACK....JUST HOPING ALL OF OKC SERVERS ARE NOT LIKE THIS BEYOCH!

Love the steak sandwich supreme. I've been all over the United States and Europe can't find any thing quite like a steak sandwich supreme from Del Rancho I've been eating them since I was 5 years old in Oklahoma city. Hope they stay around.

The lady who talk to me through the speaker was rude corrected my English and I said may I have the meal and she said again with a rude voice we don't have meals we only serve dinners here. I was like so I can't speak good English when I'm from America. you have to correct me. A meal and a dinner are basically the same thing. I'll never go back to this place. I didn't even stay around for the food. it don't matter how good it would have been if the service isn't no good the food's no good

literally half of a burger, and the other side as well as the rest of our food was burnt to a crisp. :) Except for the old fries..Nobody answers the phone either... smh. del rancho has been going downhill the last year or so.

I waited 20 years to come here. I'll wait another 50 before I even think about coming back. What was wrong you ask? I'll answer that with a question. What was right? Nothing is what. Frim the hour it took to get our order, to the burnt chicken on my ssndwich, the cold and rubbery cheese on the fries, the grease dripping off of everything, the smell of old, burnt oil. Never again!

I didn't even know about this lication... they closed 2 of them in our area about 5 or 6 yrs ago so I was pleasantly surprised. Same great food at reasonable prices. I always get it as a meal which comes with mashed potatoes and gravy...texas toast...and a salad...ALWAYS have enough left over for the next day.

The real steak sandwich supreme and service was outstanding. The way all should be.

Flat soda and looked a like it's seen better days

I got the chicken sandwich, fries and a pb&j shake. Fries and shake were awesome. The sandwich was very disappointing. It was 90% breading. There was only about a 1/8 of an inch of meat. However as always the food did come out fresh and hot and service was great.

I have loved Del Rancho for many decades and this location has always been my consistent absolute best!

I never thought I'd have to rate Del Rancho badly.... I know they were busy... But it was SO bad.

I wished they hadn't closed the 59th and Agnew store. The food was better there. Today we made the trek to the Santa Fe location and the steak sandwiches were served on old buns. I have never been served anything like this before. It was like they had left the package of buns open overnight or something. Not good at all. The rest of the sandwich was good. The sides were good. I'm not sure if I will go back or not.

Del rancheros is always good. Wished we had one in edmond,Oklahoma.

Excellent!! Order the steak sandwich supreme. It's big enough to feed 2 people and VERY good! They are made to order. So expect to wait about 20 minutes. My son was singing " Hallelujah" 🤣

My husband and I love Del Rancho. The service has always been great and friendly.

This is one of the best places to get great burgers and steak sandwiches. I should know. I've eaten here since 1969. It was my High School Hang out. Great food.

Hadn't been here for years. Today was my first day back. It was great. Timely service and fresh hot food. It still tastes just like I remember. 2 thumbs up!

Not so good this visit! If there was a thumbs down I would have selected it. Called in my order at 12:04pm, upon arrival I pushed the button knowing I am before my 10 min wait but wanted to let them know I was there. After asking the carhop about my food at 12:39 she comes out with cold onion rings and a hot sandwhich says they were waiting on the chicken(poboy size). She takes my order back in. Another mean hateful carhop comes out and hands me my bag and says sorry and walks off this was at 12:59! All in all waited on my order for 55 mins! Food was so greasy as all they did was reheated it in the fryer! Haha they went to kill the chase and kill the chicken!

HORRIBLE & TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL at the SW 59TH location. When we asked for mgr or supervisor we were told there wasn't one. Asked for district office # they refused once again. For approximately 30 minutes waiting for our food; which we called to go order in advance; we NEVER got our food. I'LL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!

It was very busy to but that's I guess normal , get my food in 45 minutes And steak sandwiches was hard to eat :( .

I love this location! There always polite and on track with our food! Never have any problems with this location! Great customer service!

The food is disgusting and the staff is confused. All of the food was cold and was hardened like it had been sitting out for hours. And they ran my card on another person’s order which was $35 more than my order. Don’t waste your money on this overpriced trash.

Still the same great taste, although they have gotten smaller.
